1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Listora AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Listora AI provides AI-powered product listing optimization for e-commerce marketplaces including Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, and Walmart. The Service generates titles, descriptions, bullet points, SEO keywords, and tags based on user-provided product information.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription Plans

We offer Free, Pro, and Business subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if the Service has not been substantially used.

7-day free trials are available for paid plans. After the trial period, you will be charged automatically unless you cancel.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate content that violates marketplace rules or applicable laws
Create misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive listings
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Scrape, mirror, or otherwise copy the Service
Resell access to the Service without authorization
Use automated systems to abuse rate limits

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. Generated content (listings, descriptions, etc.) belongs to you.

The Listora AI brand, logo, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated listings will rank, convert, or comply with current marketplace rules at all times. Marketplace rules change; users are responsible for verifying compliance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listora AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
